Bambinos Playgroup Enrollment & Policies​
Please review the following policies before enrolling.
Enrollment & Payment
​
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. Spots are not held without completed registration and payment due to intentionally small group sizes.
Founding Cohort Pricing
​
The Bambinos Playgroup Founding Cohort is offered at an introductory rate of $35 per class for Summer 2026, and will remain effective for members from June until August, 2026.
This special rate applies only to the initial founding cohort. Standard pricing of $39 per class will apply to future enrollment periods.

Caregiver Participation
​
Bambinos Playgroup is a caregiver-child enrichment program designed for toddlers and preschoolers in a small-group setting. A parent or caregiver must remain present and actively engaged for the duration of the class.
Caregivers are responsible for supporting their child’s participation, behavior, and safety throughout the session.
We kindly ask that you limit 1 adult per family enrolled to maintain small group sizing.
Participation & Group Fit

This program is designed for children who are able to participate for 45 minutes in a small-group environment (4-8 peers, in addition to their accompanying caregivers) with caregiver support.
If a child is unable to participate safely or consistently in the group environment or in close proximity with others, we may discuss whether the program is the appropriate fit at that time.
Late Arrival Policy
​
To minimize disruption for participating families and maintain a smooth group routine, playgroups begin promptly and entry closes five minutes after the scheduled start time. Families arriving late may join the session upon arrival; however, sessions will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time. We kindly ask that you contact us if you know you will be running late, and we can accommodate your arrival within the allowable grace period. Please note that late arrivals may miss opening routines, instructions, or activities. Families arriving more than 5 minutes after this time will not be able to join the session. Missed sessions due to late arrival or nonrefundable.
Refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements are not provided for missed time due to late arrival.
We understand that delays can occasionally happen, especially with young children, and appreciate your efforts to arrive on time so that all families can benefit from a calm and connected group experience.

Illness Policy
​
Children and caregivers should stay home if they have:
-
fever within the past 24 hours
-
vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
-
contagious illness or significant symptoms preventing participation

Cancellations, Refunds & Credits
​
Series (Multi-Week Enrollment):
All series registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes missed sessions, tardiness, no-shows, and illness.
Families enrolled in a series may request one illness-related makeup credit per series, subject to availability. Makeup credits must be used within the same series and cannot be transferred or carried forward.

Single Classes:
Single class registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you provide at least 7 days notice prior to your scheduled class, you may request a one-time courtesy credit or reschedule, subject to availability. This credit must be used within 30 days.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class, missed classes, late arrivals, and no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.
Each family may use one courtesy credit/reschedule per calendar year.
